This is where we come in. STAGING

We stage for a host of different reasons, but first and foremost we want to present  your home in the best light so staging is paramount; whether it’s filling an entirely  empty space or by adding a few accent pieces for a quick ‘pick-me-up’. It helps the  buyer imagine themselves in the home and believe it or not staged properties ‘feel’  bigger than an empty space.

PRE-LISTING INSPECTION

If you’re selling a home it’s always a good idea to get a pre-list home inspection prior  to going to market. This helps to address any easy fixes that help boost the sale, it  would let us know of any potential big ticket items which in turn helps us price the  home more accurately because we have a full picture of the house, inside and out.

MARKETING

The biggest advertisement that your house is for sale is the “For Sale” sign on your  front lawn but to get the most amount of eyes on your property a little More needs to go into marketing.

When you list with David & Kate Young you will get professional photos,  a virtual tour a video walk-through tour with either David, Kate or Emma in addition to  listing your home exclusively on Broker Bay’s Exclusive Network prior to going live and we Broadcast the listing out to Kate extensive contact base curated through years of  volunteer work at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board which she is currently on the  Board of Directors., and finally through targeted social media ads.
